Kings Lynn – 4/4/26 – Unlimited Bangers Whites & Yellows Series Final & East Anglian Championship – Meeting Report
Easter Saturday marked its usual Unlimited Bangers fixture at Kings Lynn with the staging of the 2025 Whites & Yellows Series Final and the East Anglian Championship. Drivers came from all over the UK, as well as several Dutchmen in the form of Team B’Tween and Team Horny’s 178 Ruud van Kuijk.


The night started with the Whites & Yellows Championship. The driver’s lined up in their points positions for their respective grades which saw 51 James Licquorice and 920 Rhys Medley take the front row.

23 Sonny P bounced 721 Clarkey off the armco exiting turn 2, before going in over the rear wheel to the spun 132 Thorpey. 644 Sime attacked 736 Saunders on oppo as a stoppage was called. 51 Licquorice lead them away from 736 Saunders and 556 Tillow. Tucked just behind was 515 Flatts Jnr who was making his Unlimited debut. Defending Champion 155 Captain Slow unfortunately retired to the infield, ending any charge of retaining his title. 181 Doe spun 84 Alpaca, as 644 Sime turned it around again connecting with a shot to second-placed 566 Tillow – Tillow responding with a hit over Sime’s front wheel on oppo, 707 Fonzo and 419 Mossop tangled, with 41 Looney Lee driving through the latter. 372 Cable also delivered a shot through the rear wheels of Mossop’s Volvo, before 644 Sime and 566 Tillow met in a solid head on. 420 Maff jacked Sime on oppo. As this was going on, 100 Cock made his move passed 51 Licquorice to take the lead with a lap and half to go, and opened enough space to secure the win with Licquorice having to settle for second; 99 Goffy getting the better of 515 Flatts Jnr for third.

Heat 2 began with 225 Ryan Blair meeting a tractor tyre on the exit of turn 4, getting collected by the ensuing pack which saw a few go spinning. 624 Cameron Hubbard turned around 178 Ruud van Kuijk. Ruud got sent spinning once again by the leading 357 Jason Barrow. 508 Bart Douma found himself stranded on the exit of turn 4, with 750 Rhys Parrin driving through the Dutchman. Douma was collected by 80 Billy Peat. This saw a wheel come loose from Douma’s Jaguar, with 271 Ashlun Woods catapulting over it before the reds come out. 357 Two-Pump continued to lead from 115 Max Seymour and 101 Cieran Harmer. Two-Pump retired, moving Seymour into the lead, but he struggled to get past the back-marking 177 Lewis Ivatt. This allowed 101 Charmer to slip up the inside to claim the lead, with Seymour trying to mount a challenge to reclaim first place, but spinning himself in doing so. Charmer was left to take the 1 lap board with a comfortable margin, going on take the second win of the evening for The Aftermath camp.

A pile up formed early into Heat 3, with the majority of white graders involved. 923 Clayton Crisp did the spun 743 Kavan Barton head on, as 920 Rhys Medley piled in on 624 Cameron Hubbard. 84 Alpaca piled in on 923 Crisp, before 51 Licquorice jacked 285 Iain Nicklin at the end of the home straight. 06 Tommy Rawsthorne sent 178 Ruud for a ride around the power station bend. 225 Ryan Blair jacked 51 Licquorice. 548 Alex Utting did the spun 556 Tillow head on, as Damage Inc team mate 743 Josh Parfitt did the same to 420 Maff the other end of the home straight. 662 Dalts and 760 Joey Reynolds tangled seeing the British Champion collect 556 Tillow. Joey copped passing hits from 750 Young Greasy, 548 Big Al and 382 Jack Foster Jnr. The reds then came on the track, with 257 Harvey Barrow leading the fray. 209 Tom Waller had soon made his passed both 257 Barrow and 920 Medley to take up the running. 181 Doe spun 199 Shaydy Gough. 209 Tombo raced to the win – could it have been a race too early?

The main event, the East Anglian Championship was next up. All eyes were on 209 Tombo, could he possibly pull it out the bag again? 536 Harry Barwell took an early visit to the armco after tangling with the Parfitt brothers. 347 Rhys Barrow was spun aside by 920 Rhys Medley. 80 Billy spun 266 Big Al, as 585 Luke Holdsworth went for a spin himself. 548 Big Al turned aside 791 Nicky Young. 268 Bradley French tangled with 247 Lee Clarke, and took one from 41 Looney Lee. 704 Connor Siddalls found himself in disarray on turn 1, with the reds coming out for the Barton Boys driver, but not before 80 Billy steamed in. 357 Two-Pump lead with son 257 Harvey in third; 167 Lewis Walker in the middle of the Barrow boys. 920 Medley spun 257 Harv. 115 Rusty spun on the exit of turn 2 which made several behind fall foul. 167 Walker spun 624 Camo, as drivers jostled towards the head of the pack doing all they could to keep their place. 167 Walker took the lead, and was immediately knocked out of first position by 920 Medley as the top three enjoyed a superb scrap. 167 Walker spun going in to turn 1, which held up 357 Two-Pump, allowing Medley to open up nearly a straight lead. 99 Goffy moved in to second, with . 271 Woodszy spun 178 Ruud in front of the leading, who managed to avoid their intentions. 167 Walker had another off, which allowed 84 Alpaca to weigh in on the North-West traveller. 51 Licquorice jacked Alpaca and copped one in turn from 41 Looney Lee, as 920 Medley made his way around the spinning 257 Harv to take the double chequers. 548 Big Al attacked 209 Tombo with a shot on oppo exiting turn 4, but the defending champion managed to shake that off to remain second in a valiant effort. The hit also claiming 362 Johnny James meaning that 99 Goffy was clear to take third place. 209 Tombo completed a lap before meeting 548 Big Al in a solid head on which snapped the former’s Mercedes, whilst 115 Rusty and 707 Alfonzo shared a head on of their own on the exit of turn 2.

The Alcomers concluded things, with a DD to follow should drivers be game. Only 16 drivers remained, with Damage Inc and the Dutch visitors making up the lions share of entrants. 742 Toby Parfitt spun 132 Will Thorpe. 51 Licquorice turned it around to attack 87 Tommie Adams and was jacked in turn by 402 Spijker. 84 Alpaca delivered a revenge hit to Licquorice, repaid from the previous race, bringing the reds out with the latter’s Jaguar loosing a wheel. 252 Finlay Bentham lead them away on the restart. 678 Ryan Kisterman came under fire from Damage Inc, with 325 Josh Hanser delivering the heavy blow, only to take one himself from 402 Spijker. 644 Sime went on oppo, with the spinning 252 Bentham taking a hit over the rear wheel. 508 Douma spun 742 Parfitt, which made it a Dutch top two, with 178 Ruud in second place. This didn’t last, however, as Parfitt turned it around to meet Douma in a head on. 247 Bro jacked Douma as 548 Big Al passed 178 Ruud to take the lead. The reds coming out one again, perhaps for Douma. 548 Big Al got them underway, with 644 Sime laying into 178 Ruud on oppo. 252 Bentham spun 132 Thorpey, with the field depleting massively. 247 Bro laid into 402 Spijker, as 644 Sime done 132 Thorpey on oppo which nearly scuppered the leading 548 Big Al. He shook that off to take the win. 252 Bentham attacked 325 Mushy Boi before the action moved in to the DD.

A trio of Damage Inc and 252 Finnerz were the 4 who opted to DD their motors. 644 Sime and 325 Mushy Boi shared a head on. Mushy Boi then piled in on 548 Big Al before taking one himself from 252 Finnerz. Big Al delivered a series of head one to Finnerz, silencing him before driving in to 644 Sime to conclude the night’s action.
